Project Description
Complete basement renovation project in Seattle, WA focused on improving functionality, comfort, and overall living space quality. The basement already contained two bedrooms and one recently remodeled bathroom, allowing the project to focus on structural repairs, kitchen installation, interior finishing, and utility upgrades.

The project included repairing a leak in the main drain plumbing line as well as correcting issues with the sewer pump drainage system. The sewer pump drain connection had previously been installed incorrectly, causing the backflow prevention component to detach whenever the pump discharged water. The drainage system was repaired and secured to ensure proper operation and reliability.

A new kitchen was installed along with tile flooring throughout the basement areas. The kitchen backsplash featured glossy black ceramic subway-style tile installed across the full area beneath the upper cabinets, creating a modern and clean appearance.

Additional work included drywall repairs, new drywall installation around plumbing pathways leading to the kitchen area, interior wall and ceiling painting, installation of a new laundry area, and vinyl flooring installation on the staircase connecting to the main floor.

A new closet was also built in one of the bedrooms to improve storage and functionality. Heating ductwork was added to the living room area to improve airflow and comfort throughout the basement.

Project Description
Complete bathroom renovation project in Seattle, WA including new flooring, custom shower installation, vanity replacement, smart toilet installation, and full wall tile work. The bathroom was upgraded with modern finishes, improved functionality, and a clean contemporary design.

The project included the removal of an existing plastic shower base along with cement boards in the shower walls area. Plumbing adjustments were completed to accommodate a separate rain shower head and handheld shower system configuration.

The shower walls were fully tiled using glossy white tile with gray and black vein details for a modern luxury appearance. Mosaic tile was installed on the shower floor to improve both style and slip resistance.

A fully tiled shower niche was installed with support grab bars located on the right side and lower section of the niche for added functionality and accessibility. The shower window trim and niche edges were finished using gold metal trim for a clean premium look.

Gold plumbing fixtures, including the shower head, handheld shower components, and hardware, were installed to complement the overall bathroom design. A frameless glass shower door was also installed using gold hardware, including a single support bar and bottom mounting bracket for a sleek modern appearance.

This project had originally been started by another contractor and had only reached the demolition phase and cement board installation before our team professionally completed the renovation.

This complete bathroom renovation transformed an outdated space into a bright, modern, and highly functional bathroom. We removed the existing bathtub and built a custom walk-in shower featuring tiled walls and a polished white and gray pebble mosaic floor, creating a clean and spa-like appearance.

All wall finishes were replaced, and beadboard wainscoting was installed to add character and durability. To improve functionality in this compact bathroom, we installed a new 18-inch vanity, upgraded the lighting, and installed a classic black and white mosaic tile floor throughout the bathroom.
